These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 77df ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all aspects of your use of the 77df website at 77df.club, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, sports betting, casino gaming, and all associated services.

If we discover that an account was registered by a person under the age of 21, the account will be immediately closed and any funds held in that account will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
• 1.2You must be a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity. Corporate or representative accounts are not permitted on 77df.
• 1.3You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of 77df complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 77df makes no representation that its services are lawful in any particular location. Players in Bangladesh accept personal responsibility for confirming that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to them.
• 1.4You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of 77df, or an immediate family member of any such person. Employees and their family members are excluded from all promotional offers and are not permitted to maintain player accounts.

Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money games and betting markets on 77df, you are required to register a player account and provide accurate information during the registration process. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account obligations.

• 2.1You may hold only one (1) active 77df account at any time. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across the duplicate accounts.
• 2.2All information provided at registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• 2.377df may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at account registration and prior to processing your first withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes government-issued photo identification and proof of your registered Bangladesh mobile number. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is completed.
• 2.4You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77df account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 77df will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on 77df are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits, withdrawals, and all related financial activity on the platform.

• 3.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported Bangladesh payment channels listed in the cashier section of your account. Deposits are credited to your 77df account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds from the payment provider.
• 3.2Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. A withdrawal may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that has been used to make a deposit to your 77df account, or to a verified bank account in your name. 77df reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• 3.377df does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on standard Bangladesh payment channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, over which 77df has no control. You are advised to check your mobile wallet or bank's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.
• 3.4All funds deposited to 77df must originate from a payment source owned by and registered to the account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from a third party to fund your account, is prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure.
• 3.577df reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if there is reason to believe that the funds are the proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity. In such circumstances, 77df may also suspend the relevant account pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Section 4

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

77df offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses offered on the platform. Individual promotions may carry additional specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• 4.1All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn from your account. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
• 4.2Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. 77df reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. An account that has been found to have violated these Terms — including through multi-accounting — will be ineligible for any bonus.
• 4.3Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds to place bets that, by virtue of their structure, guarantee a financial return regardless of the game outcome (bonus arbitrage) is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 4.477df reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotion, or adjust bonus terms at any time and without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have accepted a bonus offer in good faith.
• 4.5Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account termination.

Responsible Gaming

77df is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The following terms reflect 77df's responsible gaming obligations and the tools available to players who wish to manage their gaming activity.

• 5.177df strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years at account registration. Any player found to have misrepresented their age at registration will have their account closed immediately and any balances will be forfeited. 77df co-operates fully with any investigation into underage gambling.
• 5.2Players may apply deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) to their account at any time via account settings. Once a deposit limit is applied, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• 5.3Players may request a temporary time-out from gaming activity for a period of their choosing. During a time-out, the player's account is suspended from all betting and gaming activity. Time-outs may be extended but may not be shortened once applied. To request a time-out, contact [email protected].
• 5.4Players may request permanent self-exclusion from 77df at any time. A self-exclusion request, once processed, results in permanent closure of the player's account and prevents re-registration. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] from the email address or mobile number registered to the account.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77df platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• 6.1Opening or operating more than one 77df account, whether under your own name or under a fictitious or third-party identity. This includes creating accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple new-player bonuses.
• 6.2Using any software, robot, spider, script, algorithm, or other automated means to interact with the 77df platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, accessing account information, or circumventing any security or access control measure implemented by 77df.
• 6.3Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of obtaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including through the coordinated placement of opposing bets designed to guarantee a positive return regardless of outcome (matched betting abuse on promotional markets).
• 6.4Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity, or using 77df for the purpose of money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements, or any other financial crime. 77df is obligated to report suspected financial crimes to relevant authorities.
• 6.5Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication toward any 77df support team member or other player. 77df reserves the right to immediately terminate any account whose holder engages in abusive conduct toward its staff or other users, without any obligation to refund the account balance.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Termination

77df reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time. The following terms govern account suspension and termination.

• 7.177df may suspend or close an account without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, provided false information at registration, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where the account is subject to an investigation into suspected fraud or financial crime.
• 7.2Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 77df may forfeit any remaining balance held in the account, including both real-money and bonus balances. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method.
• 7.3A player who wishes to voluntarily close their 77df account should contact [email protected] from their registered contact details. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days. Players with an outstanding verified balance will receive the balance to their verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe following account closure.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

The following limitation of liability provisions apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits 77df's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• 8.177df provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77df does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. 77df will use reasonable endeavors to restore service promptly following any disruption.
• 8.2To the maximum extent permitted by law, 77df's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the player's use of the platform, or any transaction on the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 8.377df shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of anticipated profits, loss of data, or any other indirect financial loss, even if 77df has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the 77df platform, including but not limited to its software, design, layout, graphics, trademarks, trade names, and all content published on the platform, are owned by or licensed to 77df.

• 9.1You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77df platform for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content or software on the platform.
• 9.2You must not use the 77df brand name, logo, or any trademark or trade name associated with 77df for any purpose without the prior written consent of 77df. Unauthorised use of 77df's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

77df reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, 77df will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. 77df may also notify players of significant changes via their registered contact details where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the 77df platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure by contacting [email protected].
